Cancellation: You may cancel your parking reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled event start time to receive a full refund.

Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation and credited back to the original payment method.

No-Show: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event start time.

Exceptions: In certain circumstances, such as event cancellations or unforeseen emergencies, we may issue refunds at our discretion.
